Beyond the Syllabus - The three stages of motor learning.
Recordings of the CCA online workshops are available for $25. Held in August 2020, the workshop used examples from the CCA syllabus to work through the three stages of motor learning: Attempt, Correct, and Perfect. Co-taught by Rosina DeVries, Laura McCarthy, and Leslie Wood, each video is two hours in length and covers approximately I ¾ hours of instruction followed by 15 minutes of discussion.
Day 2 - Correct
Focuses on the most common errors with the aid of a 3D animated skeleton demonstrating what to look for and how to effectively communicate corrections to students.
