ACCOMMODATIONS

Competitors and their coaches are required to stay on the Hope College Campus. The Choices for accommodations are Cook Hall or Haworth Hotel. Competitors should register for accommodations by May 1st 2024

Cook Hall is an air-conditioned college dorm, half a block away from the Jack H. Miller Center for Musical Arts. The rooms are double occupancy with 2 extra long Twin (single) beds. The bathrooms are “suite-style” with a full bathroom joining two bedrooms. Cook hall has a community kitchen and lounges. For Cook Hall bookings please fill out the form below.

The Haworth Hotel is a beautiful hotel on the campus of Hope College and a block away from the vibrant downtown area and the Jack H. Miller Center for Musical Arts.
It has rooms with either 2 queen beds or one King bed. The website for the hotel is:

Meal plan
The meal plan is available for both Cook Hall and Haworth Hotel. The meal plan provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Phelps dining hall across the street from Cook Hall. The meal plan is for the whole week, but you may also purchase it by the day. Please fill out the

Airport

The closest airport is Grand Rapids Gerald R. Ford International Airport GRR. For those traveling on July 20, 21, & 28 there will be a shuttle offered between the campus and airport for a cost of $60 each way. Please fill out the transportation form and pay for the shuttle in the form below. For those traveling on different dates both Uber and Lyft are available, as well as many taxi companies.
