New Membership Application Form-University Student

This membership form is provided for teachers who have successfully passed the Teacher Grade I Examination. The sponsor of the applicant must be a Licentiate member of the Cecchetti Council of America.

The CCA will provide a membership discount, for a period up to 5 years, to university full-time undergraduate students working on teacher graves II-IV. Proof of university registration will be provided with payment of yearly membership dues.

Membership Dues are $50.00 annually. There is a processing fee of $20.00 for all new members.
