Dear CCA Members,
Teaching Beyond the Syllabus is a new online course offered to our members on August 17, 18, and 19. Each two-hour class, 11:00 – 1:00 EDT, will use examples from the Cecchetti syllabus to explore the three stages of motor learning. The classes will be team taught by Rosina DeVries, Laura McCarthy, and Leslie Wood. We offer this special series to our members at the low price of $20 per class.

Attempt
Monday’s class will develop the approach of breaking down and building up new steps to help students learn successfully.
Correct
Tuesday’s class will cover common errors, what to look for, and how to give effective corrections.
Perfect
Wednesday’s class will explore how to bring out the artistry and shading to turn the steps into performance.
